Concept is solid, but the execution just makes me think "smudgetoolsmudgetoolsmudgetoolsmudgetool".

The smudge tool wasn't actually used that much.

Although what I did use is actually even lazier. Image > Apply Image > Displace

Erase the bad parts. Using displace is a matter of luck. Sometimes it looks good, sometimes it looks terrible. I got lucky here.

But I get what you're saying. Might clean it up later.
